While attractive and pristine, this apartment feels like a home from home and comes equipped with everything you’ll need for your self-catering holiday. It is found within a secure, gated development within the marina and includes a private parking space close to the property. There is lift access to the upper floors, where once inside your holiday home, it is immediately clear it is a beautiful space with a fine-quality finish throughout including designer wallpapers and sumptuous furnishings.
The living room is wonderfully spacious with clearly defined areas for formal dining and relaxation on comfortable sofas and armchairs. Holding a corner plot there are two arched windows and French doors leading out to the wrought iron, curved balcony. This faces east to catch the morning sunshine, and has ample room for a small dining table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the world go by.
During the winter you can take full advantage of the Wifi so you can stream movies in the evening, while in summer you can sit outside to plan the day’s or evening’s itinerary. Conveniently nearby, the traditional kitchen has plenty of storage plus a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine oven and a hob - although it will be tempting to eat out most nights with so many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Take a trip up the i360, or visit one of the many theatres, art galleries and museums in Brighton - which comes to life during the May Brighton Festival. We will provide you with a welcome pack and provide directions to your apartment which include how to access the gated development. Should you require out of hours check-in, there are 24/7 security personnel throughout the Marina who will be available to assist with check-in and any other queries you may have while you are here.
We will also provide you with a Marina Gold Card which will give you discounts throughout the Marina. Should you be staying to celebrate a special occasion, flowers, chocolates or champagne can be arranged by request and dietary requirements can be catered for.
