The apartment sits in a secure, gated development within the marina and includes a private parking space close to the apartment entrance. Once inside your holiday home, it is immediately clear it is a stylish and beautifully maintained apartment with a stunning, south facing reception room providing space for formal dining and relaxation.
French doors open to the south facing balcony for dining al fresco as the sun rises and sets over the harbour, or you can watch the world go by along the boardwalk while watching the murmuration of starlings over the harbour arm. During the cooler seasons, there is a TV, DVD player and complimentary WiFi, so you can enjoy the space with a movie or streaming service.
The contemporary kitchen has plenty of storage plus a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, fan oven and a hob - although it will be tempting to eat out most nights with so many restaurants and cafes nearby.
The master bedroom has a king bed and also enjoys access to the en suite shower room. There is a second double bedroom which is equally warm and comfortable with delightful views of the boats to the south. This room has easy access to the main bathroom which has a shower over the bath.
