On 27th April 2026, well‑known sister brands Michael Jones and Brand Vaughan rebranded and moved forward together as Charters.

With more than 30 years of combined knowledge, Michael Jones and Brand Vaughan have been trusted names along the South Coast, known for helping buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants move with confidence. By coming together under the Charters name, a well‑established brand across Hampshire and Surrey, we’re strengthening what we already do well and extending our reach even further.

As one brand, Charters brings together a network of over 20 branches across the South, offering greater depth in sales, lettings and property management. This means broader exposure for clients' properties, shared expertise across regions and even stronger support at every stage of their property journey, all while keeping the local knowledge clients value most.

In practical terms, very little will change.
