We’re delighted to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Valuer. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Brighton and Hove branch.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Booking valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
- Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors and applicants.
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML
- All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback.
We're looking individuals with qualities such as:
- Backgorund in Sales Negotiation within Estate Agency
- Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
- Has a natural selling ability
- Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
