Do you have a strong property sales background and the confidence to deliver accurate, informed valuations? Join our Lancing branch as a Sales Valuer, with OTE up to £50,000, reporting to the Branch Partner.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver accurate property valuations using market data and industry best practice.
- Build strong client relationships and provide expert property advice.
- Analyse market trends to support accurate pricing and strong conversion.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve shared results.
- Stay up to date with regulations and industry standards.
- Mentor team members and support performance improvement.
- Improve valuation processes and efficiency.
