We’re looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join our busy Portsmouth team. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, love building relationships, and know how to turn viewings into deals, we want to hear from you. This is a fulltime position with an OTE up to £40,000
What you’ll do:
- Generating new business and maximising sales opportunities
- Build strong client relationships and guide customers through the property market
- Conduct engaging property viewings
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Stay ahead of market trends and industry regulations
What we’re looking for:
- Proven sales or customer service experience, property experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and detail-focused
- A supportive team player with a proactive mindset
- Commercially aware with good business acumen
