Charters Group, the multi-award-winning estate agency, chartered surveyors, architectural services and financial services collective, has announced a further acquisition in a strategic move that will grow its residential lettings operations.
Charters Estate Agents, with its network of offices, will combine its operations with Knights Porter, one of the leading letting agencies in Southampton, bringing together two of the region’s leading estate agencies. The acquisition will see Charters grow its lettings portfolio by over 650 properties.
This will build on the already-exceptional level of customer service both estate agencies offer through a larger branch network that spans Hampshire and reaches into the Home Counties.

The move will also give the consolidated team access to Charters’ pool of in-house resources, including an established Lettings and Property Management division.”
