Charters, the leading south east estate agent, has announced the opening of a new branch in Park Gate, near Fareham, to further extend its reach across the Solent region.
The new office in Middle Road is home to Charters’ teams of sales and lettings experts who will be on hand to offer advice and support to local residents across Park Gate, Locks Heath, Warsash, Whiteley and surrounding areas.

The new branch brings the Charters network to a total of nine offices across Hampshire and Surrey. The opening of the Park Gate office and a new central Southampton branch location, the team are currently based in Chandlers Ford head office, follows Charters’ acquisition of Charles Powell Estate Agents. Its programme of strategic expansion is already building on its exceptional customer service offering that customers of all Charters’ branches place value so much on.
