Paul is a vital part of Charters Romsey team who has a career in estate agency spanning 20 years. His detailed local knowledge has assisted in establishing his credentials as one of the key members of the original Charles Powell organisation which was acquired by Charters and he has a well regarded reputation for considerate customer care. Paul lives locally with his wife and three children and enjoys being part of his local community.
Simeon has worked in estate agency since 1993, owning his own business for 22 of those years. Now an important member of Charters lettings team, Simeon continues his journey within the property industry, looking after the needs of his landlords and tenants alike. Outside of work he is a keen sportsman playing both golf and hockey. Simeon is the Junior Chairman of Romsey Hockey Club where he plays regularly, as does his family.
Kerry has invaluable experience in the property industry including a previous role with a large corporate chain involved in selling a wide range of properties across Southampton. Her calm and reassuring persona has proved particularly pleasing to our clients who thoroughly enjoy liaising with her. Kerry lives in a home designed and constructed by her and her husband Richard, along with their two children, Lewis and Max.
Dan is a true Romsonian having lived all his life in the area, schooled locally and played in every sport imaginable for several local teams. Fiona is Head of New Homes and coordinates her team from Head Office.
