Tim Griffin joins the team on the back of personal experience of the Charters service, having sold his own house through the agency earlier this year.
Tim said: "I challenged Charters to sell my own house and was so impressed with the quality and energy of the service I received I wanted to be a part of the team myself. My philosophy is if you can't beat them - join them!"
