Andy joined Charters Commercial as Director, bringing over 20 years’ experience of working across the region for independent and national surveying firms. Andy has a broad portfolio of key clients in the Care Sector, Commercial Investment, Commercial Development and Business Space markets.
Jon is part of the Commercial team based in Chandlers Ford. He has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience and previously worked in our Winchester branch as a Sales Manager. Since joining the Commercial team, Jon has been instrumental in a number of key acquisitions, disposals and leasehold agreements and is retained by further clients to source and acquire property on their behalf.
Ashleigh provides essential administrative support to our Land and New Homes operations, creating in-depth reports for new and existing clients, overseeing New Homes marketing and facilitating our bespoke New Homes launch events.
