Just thought you might appreciate some feedback following the viewings Noni took us on, we booked in with her to view just the two new builds, but she applied herself and brought keys for the bungalow and a town house within Kings Worthy as well, had she not done this we would not have viewed the bungalow and therefore wouldn't have put an offer in on it.

Just a brief note to thank you and your team for the speedy and efficient way you dealt with the sale of my property recently. I think 10 weeks from the beginning of marketing to completion is a great achievement.

Specifically I would like to thank Tim for his initial input - it was he that persuaded us to use Charters in preference to the other agents we had contacted. Thereafter both Jas and Gary have been particularly helpful not only in the sale but also in assisting us to find a new property. The reason we have decided to buy Claremont is entirely down to Gary's input. When I was viewing the property in Beneden Green, he brought along the particulars of Claremont to see whether I would be interested. Pure speculation but it worked with our offer now accepted.

Lastly I would also like to sing the praises of Emily. I think her role is in progressing the sale and keeping the client fully informed of the up to date position is a great one. I think she performs the role exceptionally well and I am looking for her to 'keep the pressure on' to ensure an early exchange on Claremont!
